Elder Care Plan is an All Inclusive Care Package (Medical, Laboratory & Diagnostics Testing, Rehabilitation, Home Visits and Drug Refills) that allows its subscribers to enjoy Comprehensive Care whenever the need arises. Benefactor Make an advance payment which then is used to provide services to their beneficiaries.
A Benefactor or the Sponsor completes the Registration Form online on behalf of the beneficiaries or Relatives. A Self Sponsor can also register here.
The information required is the bio-data of both the Benefactor and Beneficiary including a passport picture and medical condition of your beneficiaries. Upon completion of the registration form, an account number is generated. Benefactor proceeds to pay the premiums
